For a budget-friendly option, consider heavyweight matte paper or card stock. For a more authentic vintage reproduction, premium archival fine art paper with a slight watercolor or linen texture is recommended.

Can I get a custom size?

I provide one resize per listing (e.g., one resize for a gallery set). The current turnaround time for resize requests is 2-3 business days. Please contact me before purchase to confirm if a resize can be accommodated.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use?

Santivity artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use, distribution, reproduction, or resale of files in any form is strictly prohibited. Files are not to be edited or altered for commercial purposes.

Where can I find picture frames?

The frames in our shop listings are for display purposes only and are not physical frames for sale. However, you can find printing and custom frame services on sites like frameiteasy.com, finerworks.com, framebridge.com (U.S.), artalo.ca, framehaus.ca (Canada).

How can I access my digital purchases?

To access your digital files:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser.
2. Go to "Your account" and select "Purchases and reviews."
3. Next to the order, select "Download Files."
4. If there's no download button, click the grey arrow to the right of the order. Please save the files immediately after purchase. Files may be deleted from cloud storage within 6 months.

How do I download from Dropbox?

You don't need a Dropbox account to download files. If prompted to sign in, click "continue to website." Download high-resolution files by clicking the individual file and doing a direct download. Avoid downloading entire folders unless familiar with extracting compressed zip files.

Apple Pay / Apple ID Users:

If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID and can't find your order, you may have chosen "Hide My Email." Reach out to me through Etsy messaging or Etsy support for assistance.
